A throughline of a linear adventure is provided but this is just the exemplar of what could be an ongoing campaign set in this strange corner of the country.All the local families are detailed - head of family, friends and enemies - any legacy super powers some families may have, and many adventure and story hooks to bring the area to life not just for the Sky Pirates adventure but for any number of other adventures.
