Description

Joan and Richard Brake were born in the late 1930s and lived in or around Bristol for most of their lives. They were an ordinary couple with three children and enjoyed a full and varied life. From the mid 1980s they intently followed their mutual spiritual pathways which culminated in the study and belief in the oneness of all life. 'Light the Way' is a book like no other. It tells of this like-minded couple in a long married relationship, parted by so-called death, and how their relationship continued in a most extraordinary manner soon after Joan's transition to the higher life. A two-way communication, probably on a soul level, started in letter form and still continues. This led tothe main purpose of the book, a collection of beautifully written spiritual articles channelled by Richard from teachers on the 'other side' known as Joyful One. This book answers the age-old question 'Is there life after death?' with an emphatic 'yes' and ably demonstrates that all life is one. If you have ever mourned a loved one's passing, or feared that death of the body is the end of life, these pearls of wisdom will comfort and reassure you. If you are already on a spiritual path they will inspire and guide you, whatever your faith.
